Shipping costs depend on the destination country. UPS Italy is €10, UPS Europe is €20, UPS England and Switzerland is €25, and UPS Asia, America, Africa, and Oceania is €50.
Order Processing Times.
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (including holidays and eves of holidays) will be shipped based on production and manufacturing times, with an estimated maximum of two business days. For any urgent shipping requirements, you may contact us directly by email or mobile phone. Orders paid via Bank Transfer will always be shipped after the funds have been credited, based on the value date. The times stated above are indicative and may vary during periods of high workload due to the volume of orders. As soon as the shipment has left our premises, an email will be sent to provide you with the courier tracking number to track your shipment.
Delivery Times
Domestic transport is handled by Mail Boxes Etc. or other Express Couriers available based on the most advantageous rates, which typically deliver throughout Italy within 24/48 hours. The times indicated above are strictly indicative and may vary during holiday periods and/or depending on the destination. In any case, Mail Boxes Etc. is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier. Transport is covered by full insurance against transit damage upon providing evidence of damaged packaging.
IMPORTANT: To ensure fast and secure delivery, it is necessary to provide the destination address as accurately as possible. It is therefore important to provide a complete address with useful information, such as Staircase, Apartment number, Intercom, etc. Furthermore, always provide a telephone number where the courier can contact you before delivery. Officialph.com, owned by Official Photographer srls, is not responsible for any delays and/or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrectly provided addresses during the ordering process. Any delays shall not entitle the buyer to any claim for damages of any kind. However, we remain at your complete disposal to resolve any disputes with the courier.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
It is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal (pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (and subsequent updates)) by notifying officialph.com of the company Official Photographer srls of the intention not to keep one or more purchased items and requesting a refund or a possible exchange for another item. Notice of withdrawal must be given no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt of the goods and confirmed within 48 hours by registered mail with return receipt or email with return receipt, exclusively through an email request, including any photos to verify the package and the damaged product.

At this point, the product will be resent within a maximum of 1-2 business days at no additional cost. Returns can only be made if the product is damaged or if there are product errors, such as the wrong car photo.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases: Purchases made for business and/or professional use (purchase with a VAT number).
Any product that does not retain the original characteristics and features it had at the time of purchase.
Any product that has been used even minimally or has undergone alteration, tampering, breakage, abrasion, or the simple opening of a seal.
In the event that the product is damaged for reasons other than its transport.
Refund Procedures.
Officialph.com of the company Official Photographer srls will handle the redelivery of the product at no additional cost. The return will be processed and agreed upon with the customer within 14 business days.

Requirements for Replacement or Refund.
Returns or replacements can only be made if the product is damaged or incorrect. In other situations, returns cannot be made as the service we provide and the products we sell are personalized; therefore, the work has already been performed and completed.
Specifically, it should be noted that when a product replacement is possible, the company will arrange to collect the package via courier at its own expense, and we will send a new physical product at no additional cost to the customer.

Manufacturer’s Warranty.
Every product distributed by officialph.com of the company Official Photographer srls enjoys the Official Manufacturer’s Warranty under the terms indicated by Italian Law. From the date of product delivery, the buyer is covered by a warranty period of 24 months if the product was purchased for personal use, or 12 months if purchased for professional purposes (purchase with a VAT number). Once a defect is discovered, the consumer has 2 months to report the defect to officialph.com of the company Official Photographer srls, which will take action to ensure the consumer’s rights are protected by handling all necessary procedures to obtain the repair and/or replacement of the product as quickly as possible. The warranty never covers damage to products caused by improper use, nor any damage caused by the products themselves to third parties or to the property and objects of third parties.
Warranty of Conformity.
A lack of conformity is defined as a defect verifiable upon receipt of the product and in any case visible before starting to use it. officialph.com of the company Official Photographer srls offers a direct warranty against lack of conformity and ensures the immediate replacement of the “non-conforming” product. Discovery of a Manufacturing Defect and Return Procedure:
The buyer must report any problem and/or alleged defect to officialph.com of the company Official Photographer srls within 30 days of its discovery, requesting a product replacement.
officialph.com of the company Official Photographer srls will authorize the replacement of the product only when photos of the damaged product are provided. Following the manufacturer’s technical response, if the warranty claim is accepted, officialph.com of the company Official Photographer srls will arrange for the replacement and/or repair of the product and its return via courier. In the event of a negative technical response from the manufacturer according to the warranty terms, officialph.com of the company Official Photographer srls will return the non-replaced or non-repaired product, charging the total price of the product. In any case, for all quality issues, the manufacturer’s technical response shall prevail.
