Shipping and returns

SHIPPING:

Shipping costs depend on the destination country. UPS Italy is €10, UPS Europe is €20, UPS England and Switzerland is €25, and UPS Asia, America, Africa, and Oceania is €50.

Order Processing Times.

All orders placed regularly from Monday to Friday (including holidays and eves of holidays) will be shipped based on production and manufacturing times, with an estimated maximum of two working days. For any urgent shipping requirements, you may contact us directly by email or mobile phone. Orders paid via Bank Transfer will always be shipped after the actual credit is confirmed, based on the value date of the transfer. The times stated above are indicative and may vary during periods of high workload due to the volume of registered orders. As soon as the shipment has left our headquarters, an email will be sent to provide you with the courier tracking number to monitor the shipment.

Transit Times

Domestic transport is entrusted to Mail Boxes Etc. or other Express Couriers available based on the most advantageous rates, which on average deliver throughout Italy within 24/48 hours. The times indicated above are strictly indicative and may vary during holiday periods and/or based on the destination to be reached. In any case, the company Mail Boxes Etc. is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier. Transport is covered by full insurance against damage due to shipping, provided that evidence of damaged packaging is presented.

IMPORTANT: In order to ensure fast and secure delivery, it is necessary to provide the destination address as accurately as possible. It is therefore important to provide a complete address with useful information, such as Staircase, Apartment number, Intercom, etc. Furthermore, always provide a telephone number where the courier can potentially contact you before delivery. Any delays shall not grant the purchaser any right to claim damages of any kind. However, for any issues, we remain at your complete disposal to resolve any disputes with the courier.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

It is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal (pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (and subsequent updates)) by communicating to officialph.com by the company Official Photographer srl the intention not to keep one or more purchased items and requesting a refund or a possible exchange for another item. Notice of withdrawal must be provided no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt of the goods and confirmed within 48 hours by registered mail with return receipt or Email with return receipt, exclusively through an email request, including any photos to verify the package and the damaged product.

At this point, within a maximum of 1-2 working days, the product will be resent at no additional cost. Product returns can only be made if the item is damaged or if there are product errors, such as the wrong car photo.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases: Purchases made for business and/or professional use (purchase with a VAT number).

Any product that does not retain the original characteristics and equipment possessed at the time of purchase.

Any product that has been used even minimally or that has undergone alteration, tampering, breakage, abrasion, or the simple opening of a seal.

In the event that the product is damaged for reasons other than its transport.

Refund Procedures.

Officialph.com by the company Official Photographer srl will handle the redelivery of the product at no additional cost. The return will be processed and agreed upon with the customer within 14 working days.

Requirements for Obtaining a Replacement or Refund.

The return or replacement of the product can be made if and only if the product is damaged or incorrect. In other situations, a return cannot be made as the service we guarantee and the product we sell are personalized; for this reason, the work has already been performed and completed.

In particular, it should be noted that when a product replacement is possible, the company will arrange to collect the package via courier at the company’s expense, and we will send a new physical product at no additional cost to the customer.
